Water

Primary Water Tap

• Located in the Mud Room on the west wall facing the road, to the right of the metal shelves.

• Pull RED HANDLE down to shut off the entire house.

• Also shut off hot water tank to prevent it overheating when emptied!

Secondary WaterTap

• in the Laundry Room next to the utility room (behind the painting) that also shuts of all the water in the house and suite.

• Only tap it this does not turn off is the front yard garden tap on the west wall.

Suite Kitchen Water Taps

• There are also two hot & cold shutoff taps for the suite kitchen located to the left of the utility room door just above head height.

Sink Shut off Taps

• There are hot and cold shutoff taps below each sink.

Dishwasher Shutoff Tap

• Below the kitchen sink there is an extra shutoff for the dishwasher.

Water Filtration Shutoff Tap

• The water filtration system that feeds the kitchen sinks and fridges in the house and suite is located below the sink in the laundry room, and the is a shutoff tap there.
