This is all the equipment needed to set up the Forest Film Festival.
The screen frame is 12.25 ft wide and 12 ft high and is stored disassembled under the deck on the right,
and consist of:
2 x 12 ft vertical posts
2 x 12 ft horizontal cross beams
3 x 5 ft vertical stabilizer cross beams
The screen surface is rolled up and stored in the closet at the bottom of the stairs.
Screen is in cinema 21:9 aspect ratio, and is 12.25 ft wide and 5.25 ft high.
The screen assembly kit is in a blue bag in the shed..
Assemble the screen following these Screen Assembly Instructions
This contains all the material needed to assemble the screen and audio-visual equipment for the Forest Film Festival.
The kit is in a blue bag stored in the Shed.
1 short tension cable to secure the center assembly of the screen frame
2 long tension cables to secure the center assembly to the vertical posts
6 ground pegs to secure the frame to the ground
6 support lines to secure the frame to the pegs
8 short lines to secure the screen to the frame
1 long speaker wire bundle to connect the 2 front, and 1 center speakers at the screen to the amplifier
1 short speaker wire bundle to connect the 2 rear speakers to the amplifier
1 long RCA cable to connect the sub-woofer to the amplifier
2 HDMI cables to connect the Roku to the amplifier, and the amplifier to the projector
1 extension power cable to connect the power to the AV equipment positioned under the deck
1 power-bar to connect all the AV equipment
1 extension power cable to provide power to the sub-woofer positioned below the center of the screen
1 cat brush to remove debris from the velcro (side pocket)

Backup: use Dental Hygenix projector: Epson VS330
Denon amplifier is stored in the original box in the closet at the bottom of the stairs.
Connect front and rear speaker wires to speaker outputs
Connect RCA cable from the sub-woofer to the sub-woofer output
Connect the HDMI cable from the Roku to the Bluray input
Connect the HDMI cable to the projector from the monitor output
Use the Roku from the Guest Room
Connect to the ethernet network cable under the deck
Connect an HDMI cable to the Bluray input of the Amplifier
Polk speakers are stored in their original box in the closet at the bottom of the stairs.
Use the collapsible work table in the shed for the AV equipment
Position the table under the deck
