The Router is used to create a Wireless Local Area Network (LAN).
The wireless network is both encrypted and secured.
Encrypted means that all wireless network traffic is encrypted to prevent snooping.
Secured means that a user needs a Security Key to access the network. We use WPA security.
The Router operates a WiFi network on three different standards called: B, G, and N. (N is the fastest)
