Software built into Windows that plays an assortment of audio and video formats, except of course MP4/AAC which is Apple's prefered audio format, and the one we use for the majority of our music files. Way to cut off your nose to spite your face Microsoft!

Generally this is the default program is used to play small video clips you may receive in an email.

This guide refers to version 11 of the software.
