Create a New Library

To create a new music Library catalog in iTunes.

• 1. Hold down the Shift key while you start iTunes, until a dialog box appears.

  2. Click the Create Library button.

  3. Name the new Library.

  4. Select a location to store the Library catalog, and click OK.

  5. You will now have a new empty music Library catalog.

  6. Use the Import Music procedure to get music into the Library.
