Occasionally Plex gets grumpy and you cannot access it even though it is running.
The first option is to restart the Plex Media Server to see if this solves the problem.
Login to Cloudforest at quickconnect.to/cloudforest
If you have Admin permissions, open the Package Center from the drop down menu
Scroll thru and click on the Plex Media Server application package
If the current status is "Running" select Stop from the Actions Menu
When Plex is stopped, select Run from the Actions menu
If restarting Plex dows not solve the problem then the next option is to completely restart the whole Cloudforest server.
This is the device that is running all applications including Plex.
Login to your Cloudforest account at quickconnect.to/cloudforest
If you have Admin permission you will be able to restart the server
Click the person icon in the top right of your Cloudforest account screen
Select Restart from the menu
This can take a few minutes to restart the server
Plex should restart automatically
